okay - so switching up my diet. Need more energy for these long-a@# walks!! Today 6.8 miles Redondo Beach to Hermosa Beach and back. Did I mention my personal trainer (my husband) is trying to kill me....LOL!! Over 15K steps on my Striv with half a day left. :)
