I am so encouraged, reading others weight loss journeys, it is tough to loose weight, but a great learning experience when you persevere. I am learning that there is so much to learn about this special body of mine... but it is wonderfully and perfectly made... it is unique yet so similar to another. I guess I am just encouraging myself this morning as I struggle along to get to the weight and fitness I desire. Thank you everyone for sharing your struggles... it helps to keep on fighting...
