228.8 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb. Still to go: 74.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Ich bin auf dem Weg zurück zu meinem letzten Gewicht....wird schon, Sonnenkindl, vielleicht rutscht morgen wieder was :)
