Woke at 207.0, down 2.0 from yesterday but up 2.0 from a week ago (this is my lowest weight since 5/11). Not happy about the upward trend. I have not done 16:8 IF since the hospital but I'm adding that back in for the second half of the month. So now I will do 16:8 daily plus 5:2. The struggle continues! Targeting 2140 calories today. Have a good one! UPDATE: Fasted until noon and a nice lunch out. Came home at 207.6 and then ate a huge dinner. Ate 200 extra calories but will make them up tomorrow. I forgot how big lunch and dinner can be when you skip breakfast on 16:8! Got three miles in at work and three more at home.
