what's up with the exercise part? one does not measure weight training in time spent!!! kind of a no brainer...just sayin...

InfinityZero, I think I did not train that day. I got a little leg injury and I'm not running these days. I try to swing 2-3 times a week and that day wasn't a swimming day (actually, I think I spent the whole week resting...)
