i gained a little today, i have no idea... Oh yes i understand now: PMS!!!!
gotto keep on track and it will be gone in three days with a little interest!

have a great weekend!
203.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
