Its amazing how much our diet affects our hormones. If you have some free time look up the channel "megsquats" on Youtube. She has a video about her fitness journey, where she talks about getting to super low body fat levels for a bodybuilding show, and wound up losing her period altogether, and then binged after the show and wound up gaining something like 30 lbs. Shes a pretty strong chick, and your personality reminds me of her a bit. I bet youd get a kick out of watching her videos.
