Yesterday was a successful day. I ate good and took a couple walks. Today, my hubby is smoking a brisket. Yummy!! I know I need to remember portion control when I eat tonight. This morning I ate a big healthy breakfast. I am planning on eating a light lunch with lots of fruit. I plan to only eat a little brisket tonight. I'll report tomorrow if I was successful. :-)
