I was inspired by the 4 Hour Body book. I've tried carbless diets before, and failed miserably. After reading the book, I was able to see why I failed. I no longer think it is an impossible situation, and I am preparing myself (and my pantry) to get back on this horse.
Planning to begin on October 5th, a Monday as is recommended. I might even get my husband to join me. He seems almost convinced. I will probably make a go of it without the supplements for now, because they are rather expensive, especially for 2.
