First gain in about 2 weeks. Dang. I ate home cooked chicken wings. The whole wings 2 1/2 and a few jalapeños poppers. Hopefully it won’t keep heading upward
183.9 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
