I guess limited access to the fridge ( due to broken door) has helped me! 😂😂 I also walked 4 miles yesterday...
130.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

BAdJujugirl, I’ll take the loss. A lot was probably due to stress. I was pretty upset that 1st day and my eating was bad.
