I was wrong, back into flare-up mode! Rheumy has me trialling different meds over 3 months....current one not working! Will do my best not to put on all that I lost a few years ago 😂
131.6 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
