Oh well, back on the diet after a month in Spain and a 4lb gain, but not totally unexpected 😕 Hopefully I should be able to shift it in a couple of weeks.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
