From your past posts, it seems like you're doing the right things. Unlike many others, you are pretty close to your goal, and I know that the last pounds are the hardest to lose. You are doing great and developing healthy habits. That is the most important part.

I love this group and app! You didn't have become fun like a game and I really have enjoyed the process. Now I just need to up my walking game! I really think that's going to be the thing that helps me achieve the subcutaneous fat loss. 🤞

I lose weight slowly. I can get back 1000 calories and not see much movement on the scale.
