It's so weird how I gained 4lbs the previous week/weekend & now I have lost the 4lbs again🙃 I don't understand how my body is or if I need a new scale 🤷🏼‍♀️🤪 Regardless I am happy with my weigh in today😁 I did the small bowl of chips Lee-Erin on Sat night so will continue doing that I only eat chips on weekends but when I do I indulge big time so gonna start doing the small bowlfuls 😉

That tends to be the way things progress…you should see my timeline! (Although some of mine was a result bad behaviour and decisions 😉)

That is completely awesome that you tried the small bowl and it worked!!! 😀 So happy for ya!!! Maybe a battery change for your scale if your in doubt I change mine monthly just to make sure I always having a proper functioning scale.
