This is the result of the most stressful month work wise I have ever had. Seriously contemplating changing jobs as it can’t go on. Hopefully will be in a better head space this month 🤞🤞

try to ride the wave regarding your job whilst looking elsewhere. that way, you feel more in control. it may be you find something else then decide to stay but it will put you in a position of feeling more powerful (even though only you may know this) 😊
