I am on my way, should be chest day, but everyone does chest on Monday...Might have to do shoulders. The challenge of the gym on Monday is real.

I wish I could go to a gym 😔 Workout videos are all I can do but happy I am seeing results This week gonna try to eat better & eat at dedicated times🤞
