I sold my home and in the midst got way off track. I’m back to work g out and logging my food. You get a routine of wombats working and the step away only to realize IT REALLY DOES WORK!!! I’m back on track need meal idea plus I’m at the gym 6days a week. Miss this groups of motivating friendly folk🙌🏽
