Well, kinda stopped looking at what I was eating a few weeks ago as vacations were coming in quick! I also dropped my running volume a lot in the last 2 weeks (vacations). So here is that, beer, fastfood and sweets without exercice.
I'm getting back at it this morning, logging, running, and going easy on sweets! Keep it up fatsecreters!
