Bloody hard work this, first COVID (despite 3 jabs) and now mild flu (despite 1 jab)! Happy so long as I stay in the blue 🔵
117.5 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
