Body seems happier when I cut down on protein 🤔
119.5 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2260 kcal Fat: 79.67g | Prot: 81.22g | Carb: 258.48g.   Breakfast: Ashgrove Milk, The Chia Co Chia Seed, Raspberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits. Lunch: Uncle Ben's Mexican Style Brown Rice. Dinner: Chip Shop Chips, Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Bread Stuffing, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other: Chardonnay Wine, Grain Waves Sour Cream & Chives Wholegrain Chips, Bakers Delight Choc Chip Hot Cross Bun, Kurrajong Kitchen Lavosh Bites, Black Swan Hommus, Gala Apples. more...

Interesting. My body is not happy when I eat egg.

I shot up 1kg after eating 3 daily eggs, then lost it again in 2 days after eating no eggs!
