Back in the blue! 3 days to lose 600g 🏃
118.2 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1428 kcal Fat: 63.12g | Prot: 57.10g | Carb: 146.17g.   Breakfast: Pyengana Real Light Milk, Raspberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits, Pyengana Real Light Milk. Lunch: Toasted Sour Dough Bread, Ashgrove Cheddar Cheese, Avocados , Fried Egg with Fat. Dinner: Sushi Sushi Tempura Prawn Hand Roll (Nori Roll). Snacks/Other: Rum Balls, Cadbury Freddo Frog. more...

Xmas day will be a total blowout, I'm managing now by cutting out snacks to make up for the huge mains I've been having. I have no idea how I'm losing weight, must've been the snacks 😂
