As of Wednesday I have changed my diet, I’m doing 5 small meals (trying to keep it around 100-120 cal) and one lean green meal. I’n afraid to make the same mistakes I have in the past, but I’ve never tried this style of eating and while it’s hard I do think it is for me and can help me finally reach those goals!
251.8 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 116.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have to say this is a similar diet to what I am doing. I have done this diet once before with really good success. I try to stay 5 meals, but I do three main meals at around 300cal then a couple meals in between for about 100cal to 200cal each. Keeps the body working on burning calories. Works great for me. Keep up the work.

Thank you for sharing that! I’m trying to figure out what would be best and how full I feel throughout the day. I decided last night I’ll just take it day by day but I don’t want to live a very restricted life where I can’t eat my favorite foods, I just don’t know how to moderate it correctly. What are your thoughts on a cheat day/meal?

Because I stay with the low calorie count I still get to eat anything I want, So cheat day for me a nice burger or a good fish and chip basket for dinner at the end of a week. The nice thing about staying around my goal of 1200 cal a day is by the end of the week an extra 400 - 500 cals are not going to hurt my calorie deficit that much.
