1143 kcal Fat: 48.14g | Prot: 57.78g | Carb: 116.58g.   Breakfast: Milk, Blueberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits. Lunch: Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat) , Cooked Beetroot (from Fresh), Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Dinner: Broccoli , Ayam Malaysian Rendang Sauce, Cooked Mushrooms, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Blueberries , Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, Pink Lady Apples, Bega Tasty Cheese Slices, Arnott's Cruskits Original. more...
