Oh well, we had a blow out last night and today I am suffering for it because I have gained back the weight that had motivated me so very much. Pancakes, bacon, biscuits & gravy...just a disaster. I don't know what I was thinking because none of it was as good as my memory suggested it would be and now I am loaded with guilt and beating myself up. I know that I am back on my program today and have learned that these fiascoes will never be worth it. Lesson learned...
