Part of ELAB is extended fasting…I have been doing well with 22:2. Will probably stick to that. Have done a couple 36 hour cases with much success.

My problem is getting enough protein and fiber in that one salad a day. Cut my fast early yesterday and had a protein-laden lunch and my usual huge salad for dinner—drank my chia seeds on the side. (Made seafood Alfredo for the fam.)

This is the first program I’ve been on that has worked long term—don’t feel deprived and I’m not working out like a fiend.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
