It feels so good to go on a walk and not feel exhausted afterwards! Since loosing just 10lbs, I can tell the difference. I’m actually more energetic and ready to continue on with my day!! One day at a time!!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
