rdrd1003's Journal, 17 April 2009

I, persisted to increase my calories so I would fuel my body for the past 2 days now I've increased calories reasonably well, instead of starving myself. I worked hard at the gym on cardio and it paid off I dropped a lb. Now it's only a 1lb. but its only been 2 days.
I'm focusing on carlories content, fat, protein and carbs. I have a guide line now that my trainer gave to me and hope to learn to balance the numbers correctly. But it takes practice and recording everything I eat helps me to learn the things I eat and what area rises with each different kinds of food.
Heading to the grocery store tonight or maybe tomorrow, I don't really like to go during the week, because I'm in the gym 6 days a weeks or at baseball games watching my son play. So too busy to stop to buy food. But then when I buy the foods particularly that I like one of the boys is going eat it up. :) Can't win for losing. STAY OUT OF MY FOOD!!!! No actually it's ok, they need to eat better! They are not heavy at all too active to have any weight on them but they live on junk! Go figure!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
