Thursday - Sunday is my boyfriend's birthday weekend. This is full of lasagna, cheesecake, burgers and fries. Idk how I feel about it, nervous, anxious and terrified to record the foods I do eat and watch the macros add up. I have not had a cheat day in 2 months. All of the hard work I have put in will be wiped out in one weekend.
