Morning everyone - I had a busy week the past week and had to make some tough choices, having a birthday party and some social evenings plus a office move. I am SUPER excited about my progress the past week and am looking forward to making this a regular occurrence.

239.9 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
