09/06/19 amazing result smashed it this week, after last weeks result didn’t think I would get such a drop. This weigh in was done after a large lunch and dinner and checked in at 21:20. this week I consumed lots of Carbs but went to the gym 4 times this week and worked heavily on cardio: Treadmill, rowing machine and bikes to get rid of those.
My total intake was less than 1800 calories on average having both lunch and dinner with breakfast 1 or 2 times a week.
Onto next week!!
