Oh well 2lb off is better than nothing. Still struggling with comfort eating as my alcoholic sister is causing me a lot of heartbreak and distress. Trying to find some other kind of enjoyment and relaxation in my life besides food!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2lb off is fantastic. Finding other ways to numb the effects of stress a bit is a good idea. Working at my allotment, creating my garden, walking with a friend, spinning and knitting do it for me, I hope you find what works for you soon.

If I want to avoid food, because I'm also a comfort eater, I reach for my book. Escaping in a good book often helps.
