Last night I had my hair done before dinner. Big mistake!! I was really,really hungry by the time I ate dinerr which was delicious. Then I ate the rest of the sour cream. I'm up .1 instead of down today. Today I plan to plan better. With Hcg1234 I am not supposed to have fat. Still by eating fat I remain in ketosis this morning so don't have to suffer through carb withdrawal again. I was so tempted to go to the nearest fast food and eat carbs and all last night. I'm glad I chose a low carb Carl's 1/3 pounder without mustard, ketsup or mayo or secret sauce. Are there ant other Hcg1234 drop users out there?
