Up 0.4 lbs, but no fasting yesterday, trying to mix it up a bit. Aiming for 18:6 today and EF later in the week. Determined to crack this insulin resistance 😁😁
So, as I've lost weight, I recalculated my macro goals at ruled.me and Keto diet buddy.. as my weight and % body fat ( hopefully) descrease, I'll recalculate these. ? How often do my fs friends recalculate their targets.. maybe monthly? Or every half stone? I'd be grateful for your thoughts
