Feeling much better today Did a salt flush.. a bit scary (!), but feel much less bloated and much more comfortable today

Signed off for another week due to the pain and swelling in my back Plan is tgat if my back and hips aren't improved enough to go back to work next week, I will have more steroids in my left hip
Gonna stay as active as possible today, really bored with sitting on the sofa and haven't watched tv in days.. got some documentaries on iplayer to watch while I iron today ( whilst wearing an ice pack 😉😉) So I'll have to miss a workmates 50th birthday meal tonite, but it will keep temptation out of my way and I'll concentrate on getting better

Doobs.. I remembered what you said when someone suggested it to me before..
I researched and did 1tbsp Himalayan salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 litre of water..some suggested 2 tbsp salt, but I thought that might be too brutal
Think it might have helped a bit with the swelling on my back aswell 😁😁
