Happy with the loss...always wish it could be more BUT a loss is a loss and it's better than the alternative. :)
244.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Absolutely! And... you have lost fourteen pounds since you started on Fatsecret on January the 18th, which overall is quite excellent. I think that you are doing great CM! Thanks for stopping by my place the other day. :-)
