Weighing in a little early so it might help me avoid candy today and weight gain lol. Being single kinda sucks for this holiday, it's like all the commercials and tv programs rub it in your face. Other than that been good :) Need to start getting exercise in again, even though I have been losing without it. Debating on if I want to go walking at the mall (the mall is 5 min away and open 2 hrs before the stores for walkers, it's pretty nice :) )or play Zumba. Depends on my aunt. Also need to get a hair cut today. A friend is coming over and bringing pizza (might drink a protein shake before hand to avoid over eating) to celebrate "singles" day lol. Hope everyone has a good day!

Actually being single is great on Valentines Day when your trying to lose weight, lol! You don't have to worry about anyone buying you chocolate. Treat yourself to some small treat today that you really want. Your doing great things for yourself!

A friend is actually bringing pizza and a movie here shortly, went really easy on the calories throughout the day so it wont kill me if I eat 3 or 4 slices lol. :) No candy today though, I did stay away from that
