You know you can weigh something different on each scale you step on. To accurately gauge your weight loss, you should weigh yourself on the same scale, same clothes, same time of day (early morning before eating or drinking and after going to the bathroom is a good time). Some people weigh more on the doctors scales and some lucky people weigh less. Go with whatever scale you will be weighing on regularly.
