There seems to be a kick back for not exercising for three days in a row, and having a sinus infection seems to compound it.
Today I am 2 #s higher on morning weigh in, and I woke up too early.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
