Considering that it was a holiday, I think that I did pretty well. I am going to have to get back to doing what I need to do in order to lose more weight. I would really like to see bigger numbers, but I was talking to a guy from WW who has lost over 50 pounds, and he said that his average weight loss was a pound and a half a week. So, I'm on track... I just need to keep positive and do what I know to do! Mom says that she is going to start going with me on Tuesdays and I'm looking forward to that!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing really well and have the right attitude. Slow and steady wins the race. All the people I know who have kept the weight off are people who lost slowly (.5-2lbs a week). People who lose a lot of weight every week aren't just losing fat, they are also losing muscle and water. You don't want to lose muscle, because that is what keeps our metabolisms burning high. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn. So keep doing what you are doing. Good luck!

You're doing really well and you need to stay positive. Don't forget, men lose weight differently anyway, as they don't have to cope with all the water retention that comes with totm and they have more muscle mass and burn energy faster as a result. Good luck next week!
