Thanks doobrie.. wouldn't be making such progress without your help
my WOE ( now I know what that is) is the blood sugar diet.. low carbs and 800 Cals per day for 8 weeks to get did of my belly fat and get my blood sugars under control...
So with cals do low its important to be as accurate as I can , which you've really helped me to do. Thank u and have a good day xx
