I missed the weigh in and questionnaire for week 4 so here it is: 1.I had more than one cheat day. Not awful ones and I think I'm keeping my calories at a maintenance imput because I'm not gaining or losing much. 2. Yes on the exercise 3.Yes on loggin in full day of food. 4.Yes on ph. 1 after cheat. This is the one guarantee winner on this program. Works every time. 5. More walking and water. Keeping veggie/salad intake as high as I can tolerate. It makes a huge difference in how I feel.
