Feeling good, getting out walking more. Continuing my journey to better health and fitness.
276.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Good for you buddy! I've been doing more walking outside lately myself, with the weather being nicer it helps in so many way's. ie clears the mind, makes my puppy Zeus happy, and helps me drop some lbs.
