2706 kcal Fat: 118.23g | Prot: 115.22g | Carb: 307.38g.   Breakfast: granny smith apple, whole rolled oats, almond, beans refried , eggs, corn tortilla, Altern No Calorie Sweetener, half & half, coffee. Lunch: potato chips UTZ , hamburger dill chips, American Cheese Singles, lettuce romain, tomatoe, Hickory Smoked Bacon, whole wheat slims. Dinner: Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked), Pinto Beans, Jasmine Rice. Snacks/Other: Nesquik , milk 2%, Jif creamy peanut butter, strawberry Preserves, Honey Wheat bread. more...
