I think I finally have a routine. Now that I'm in my second trimester, I want to stick to more low-impact aerobics. I've found three new workouts that I'll be doing and I'm pretty excited to keep up with them. I'm also going to try to incorporate kegels and other exercises good for pregnancy and getting the body ready for labor. My last pregnancy almost lasted for three days and was natural, but I definitely don't want to go through long labor like that again.
On the flip side, I think I may have felt some little flutters. Also, I've noticed that when I have cravings that I actually want real, whole foods because the junk will make me feel like junk. Let's eat
