Note to self. Salted nuts, the supposedly "healthier" option is not so healthy for fluid balance. Especially if you are prone to edema - a little complication of my immunotherapy. My legs still hurt badly and I have to wear pressure socks today.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh no! So sorry to hear you're in pain. it's such a different ball game when you're trying to lose weight and have health complications... many would not relate, but I definitely do... I hope you feel better soon! 💓
