Merci c est gentil, petit relâchement depuis 2 semaines, de plus après une chute, je ne peux pas faire du sport encore 1 semaine. Donc je mange pour compenser 🤣🤣 . Je vais me reprendre en main. Bonne soirée et bonne semaine à toi aussi ! Apoamaury
