I’m back. Period came. My word 4 weeks of cramping and bloat. Anyway next goal is to be 90kg by my birthday in July. Watch this space ♥️
213.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
