C/F/P% 29/45/26 (M) 79mg/dl. 30min yoga 30min body weight  4ml walk  0ml bike 60min swim  32 days to cruise. I am feeling much better.  Yesterday was some of the biggest waves I  have ever seen. Surfing is beautiful to watch. Nice day!! 🏄🏾‍♀️  I have to do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
