Happy Saturday! Managed to avoid those pesky yogurt covered pretzels, peanut butter, kettle corn, and all of my other “off plan snack” in April so far. Hopefully I can keep this trend going! Still need to improve my sleep habits, and I am working on that too. Eat something good, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends! 💦

My nutrition is definitely more consistent when my training also is…but that means when I’m off, I’m really off 🤪
